If your application is successful you will receive an offer of admission to a program at UQ. Your offer may be unconditional or conditional.

To accept your UQ offer, you must take the following steps:

  1. Return your signed Agreement and Response to Offer (ARO) form plus payment of your tuition fee deposit and Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) to the International Admissions Section. Your ARO form lists the available payment methods and the address details. If you have made application to UQ through an agent, return the signed ARO and payment to your agent.
  2. If you have been made a Conditional Offer, return any outstanding documentation to the International Admissions Section or to your agent as soon as possible.
  3. If all your offer conditions have been met, a Confirmation of Enrolment (eCoE) will be lodged electronically with your nearest Australian Diplomatic Mission. We will send you a copy of the eCoE, which you must submit to the Australian Diplomatic Mission to apply for a student visa.

After you accept your offer you will receive an Acceptance pack containing:

  • An acceptance letter which you will have to bring it with you to UQ.
