UQ International Admissions reviews your application and, if you meet all the entry requirements, you will be sent an unconditional offer.

If there are outstanding conditions you may be sent a conditional offer. To satisfy these conditions the appropriate documentation must be returned to International Admissions.

To accept the Offer you must :

  • meet any outstanding conditions
  • review and sign the Declaration of Financial Capacity – SVP (Streamlined Visa Processing)
  • return your acceptance pack.
    • This includes the signed ARO and SVP Declaration (if required), along with the tuition fee deposit ($8,000) and Overseas Student Healthcare Cover (OSHC) payment. The acceptance pack needs to be sent to iasdocuments@uq.edu.au

After you accept your offer you will receive an Acceptance pack containing:

  1. An acceptance letter which you will have to bring it with you to UQ.
  2. A confirmation of enrolment (CoE) which you will need to apply for your visa
  3. Customs and Quarantine brochures to inform you on what you can and cannot bring to Australia.
  4. Brochures on 'What to do next', accommodation, and additional information to help you start planning your arrival at UQ
