Using UQ Airport Reception and Temporary Accommodation Service
UQ Accommodation Services will arrange free airport reception (from Brisbane airport only) and / or temporary accommodation for you if required. You must book this service at least 10 days in advance. To make a booking or find out more, visit the UQ Accommodation Services website.

Making your own arrangements from the Airport
The Brisbane airport website contains useful information that will assist you to understand the processes and layout of the airport on your arrival. It includes maps of the terminals and visitors information. If you will not use the UQ Airport Reception service, options for travelling from the airport can be found at travelling 'to and from the airport'.
Newly arriving international students starting study immediately at the Ipswich and Gatton campuses are advised to use the UQ Airport Reception service as these campuses are a considerable distance from the Brisbane Airport.
