PMBOK® Guide
These MS Word templates have been developed as a resource for University staff when undertaking IT projects. They are not compulsory and are for your use and convenience - it is intended that they will assist development efforts – not create additional burdens. You may download these files and tailor for your own use. Feedback to improve documents is welcome.
The templates were developed by a small team from Central Administration and ITS, under the sponsorship of the Administration Computing Policy Committee.
The use of project management techniques will result in reduced costs, better quality, improved time management and greater satisfaction for internal and external clients.
It is recommended that these guidelines are used for all projects
- over 10 person-days effort, or
- requiring purchasing over $25,000, or
- deemed of significant risk
