Overview
Description
2.1 Under current government regulations, every University employee is required to submit a Report on Overseas University Travel, irrespective of the source of funding, other than for travel on recreation leave.
2.2 Reports must be submitted on the form "Report on Overseas University Travel" available on the University's web site. The form should be completed within 2 weeks of return from overseas and forwarded to the Head of School, Centre or Division, who if approving of the report will forward it to the HR Division hrreceptionist@uq.edu.au
2.3 The reports shall appear in abbreviated form in the University’s Annual Report to Parliament.
