The Handbook of University Policies and Procedures (HUPP) contains information regarding the official policies and procedures of the University approved by Senate. If you are visiting this site for the first time it may be useful to read the Introduction section which provides information regarding the structure of policies.

The HUPP will be superseded in 2012. Most policies on this website have already been transferred to the UQ Policy and Procedures Library (PPL).
Migrated HUPP documents have been removed from the HUPP site, but topic headings containing links to the updated PPL documents are still displayed here under the Categories below. If you are searching for a document you should search or browse for content in the PPL first.
