Appointments at UQHS St Lucia and Gatton clinics

Doctor consultations are by appointment only, however medical emergencies will always be given priority.

A standard consultation is 10 minutes long. If you have a complex concern, or more than one concern, please ask for a longer appointment.

If you cannot make your appointment, please contact reception as soon as you can. If you fail to keep your appointment without giving at least three hours prior notice, you will be charged a $20 fee which must be paid before any further appointments can be made.

Health Service do not make appointments via email.

Registered nurses are available at all UQHS clinics to deal with concerns such as wound dressings, medical certificates, immunisations and for medical advice and triage. No appointment is necessary to see the registered nurse.  Due to the increasing demand on this service, we may not be able to see you if you arrive after 3.30pm.
