Faculty Finance Unit

The Faculty Finance Unit provides a specialised professional finance and personnel service to the majority of Faculty Centres and the Faculty Office. Our Unit is funded by way of Service Level Agreements that are renewed annually.

 Our team consists of various HEW level staff that focus on different aspects of finance and personnel areas.
 
Team Leader - Suzanne Reiger
 As team leader I am responsible for providing leadership and ensuring the highest standard of finance/personnel service is maintained within the team. I also assist the Business Analyst and Finance Manager with finance projects including the Faculty Office Budget.

  • All orders to be created and invoices to be paid
  • Casual Salaries/Casual Appointments
  • General Claims
  • All matters relating to travel
  • Accounts Receivable Invoicing and enquiries

  •  General Ledger enquiries (including balances, transactions and journals)
  • Reporting queries and requests
  • Forecasting and budgeting information
  • Research Grant financial administration
  • Personnel paperwork
