 Non UQ training and support

If you can't attend face-to-face computer training at UQ, and online training doesn't suit you, then you probably need to investigate other options in your local community.

Many TAFE colleges, local councils and community groups offer computer training at reasonable prices. There are also lots of plain English computer books available these days. Or you may have a friend or family member who can help you figure things out when you're stuck.

TAFE Queensland

TAFE Queensland offers a Certificate I in Information Technology (ICA10101) from 9 campuses in Queensland. The course covers basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and the internet.
