Menu Variety

Graph 1 illustrates that the Halls of Residence menu includes a reasonable variety of main courses. The vegetarian dishes are elevated as there is always at least one choice at each meal. Beef/veal is also elevated as this is a popular choice with essential vitamins and minerals such as iron and zinc. The menu is reasonably distributed.
