Tickets

Students attending graduation ceremonies in 2012 will be allocated four guest tickets each. 

Nominate the number of tickets you require on the Graduation Application form. Graduands do not require a ticket for themselves.

All guest tickets are free of charge. Please note that if someone other than the graduand is collecting tickets, they must have a letter of authority from the graduand. A letter of authority must contain:

1. The graduands name, student number, date of birth and the degree they're being awarded.

2. The nominated person's name and 3 other verifiable pieces of information - for example student number, drivers licence number, date of birth, address, Medicare number or passport number. Nominees must bring adequate identification with them to the Student Centre when they are collecting guest tickets.

Tickets will be available for collection from Wednesday 4 July 2012 onwards from the following locations:

• St Lucia campus
  From the St Lucia Student Centre between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.  The Student Centre is located on the ground floor of the JD Story Building (building 61) .

• Ipswich campus
  From the Ipswich Student Centre. On the day of the Ipswich ceremonies, tickets for the Ipswich graduations will only be available for collection from the Cunningham Room in the Ipswich Civic Hall after 12.30PM.

• Gatton campus
  From the Gatton Student Centre.

If you or your guests require a letter of invitation for visa application purposes, please contact the Student Centre on your campus.

Any additional guests are encouraged to view the ceremony from the adjacent Theatre where the ceremony will be streamed live on a large screen. Guests who attend ceremonies in the Theatre are provided with an excellent view.
