Please return academic dress to the collection point within one hour of your ceremony's conclusion. You may forfeit your deposit for a late return of your gown. Failure to return academic dress at all may incur legal action.

Your refund will be paid to you by cheque at the time you return your academic dress. Cash refunds cannot be made.

If you need to cancel your academic dress hire, your hire fee can be refunded (or credited against a future hiring) providing you give the Academic Dress Hire Service at least 24 hours notice of cancellation.
