Research Higher Degree Students

Graduations Section will prepare your testamur, academic transcript and AHEG Statement and post these to your mailing address within 4 weeks of the conferral of your degree.  Your name and field of study should be confirmed prior to the production of your testamur. Please note that any changes to these after you have received your testamur may incur a $50 replacement fee.

Approximately six weeks prior to the next available round of graduation ceremonies, Graduations Section will mail you an invitation to your graduation ceremony. This will include the ceremony date and time as well as any other relevant information concerning your graduation ceremony.
 
Research Higher degree students are permitted to invite 4 guests to their graduation ceremony. 
 
Academic dress should be organised as early as possible through The Academic Dress Hire Service www.academicdress.com.au
