All academic dress items must be pre-ordered and pre-paid two weeks prior to your graduation date. Orders will not be processed without payment. You can order and pay for academic dress hire by:

• completing the online order form (requires credit card payment)
• ordering in person from Room E218 Forgan Smith Building and paying by EFTPOS

If you cannot access the online order form or vist the Academic Dress Hire service in person, please contact the Academic Dress Hire Service for assistance. 

Do not wait until your results have been confirmed before ordering your academic dress.

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before your ceremony with a full refund.
