As a scholarship recipient, you are required to:
(a) Comply with the University's rules and policies as set out on the Graduate School website and elsewhere on the University's website, along with any subsequent amendments approved by the Senate or the Academic Board from time to time.
(b) Notify Research Scholarships using the appropriate form if you:
- cease to work on your research project full-time;
- cease to work on your research project part-time (if previously approved to hold your scholarship on a part-time basis)
- are absent from your principal place of University research and study for more than 2 weeks for any reason other than for recreation leave.
(c) Repay any monies to which you are not entitled but which have been paid to you through your failure to fulfil other obligations to The University of Queensland.
