Finding your research advisor

The first step in applying for admission to our PhD or MPhil program is to contact the relevant school and discuss your proposed research.  Please complete an Expression of Interest Form* and submit this to the administrative officer in the school or institute which best matches your research interests. This form helps the school or institute to match your research interests and experience to available advisors and resources.

*Enquiries to the Schools of Dentistry, Health and Rehabilitation Sciences, Human Movement Studies, Medicine - Central Clinical Division, Medicine - Southern Clinical Division, Nursing and Midwifery, Pharmacy, and Population Health do not complete this form. Please contact the administrative officer in the school which best matches your research interests for details of how to register your interest in research higher degree programs at the University of Queensland.

You can identify potential advisors through the UQ reSEARCHers website.
