UQGPSA Distinguished Past Student Award

The UQ Gatton Past Students Association Inc. has established a Distinguished Past Student Award. The award will honour a past student of UQ Gatton, or any of its former entities, who in his or her post college/campus life has achieved something outstanding which is in some way connected to an education received at this tertiary institution.  The Management Committee of the Association has seen the need to bestow this token of distinction on past students who are high achievers in their profession, industry or the wider community.

The award will be open to any past student who has had the pleasure of attending UQ Gatton, or any of its former entities, for any period of time and nominations are now being sought for worthy recipients of this award.  A number of awards (up to three) may be issued each year from nominations received.  Nominations will be accepted on the official nomination form.

The nomination form can be dowloaded here and the guidelines here (in PDF format), or by sending your request for a form to the Administrative Officer of the UQGPSA Inc.

Nominations for this year’s award will close on 1st October, 2012. The successful nominee will be presented with their award at the Back to College Weekend reunion held on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd December, 2012.
