Software Changes

Software changes or additions should be requested via the ITS Helpdesk.  To satisfy your requirements we ask that you give us 14 days notice.

How to get help

Should a staff member have a support request this should be logged with the ITS Service Desk. Your call will be recorded and assigned an ITSM case number which will be emailed to you for future reference.  Your case will be prioritized and tracked to ensure SLA response times are met.  The helpdesk should always be the point of contact and staff should not contact computing support officers (CSO) directly.
