15 October 2007: First call for papers and web-page of the symposium established
15 November 2007: Deadline for abstracts to be submitted from 1 st Call for Papers. Proposals should include title of papers/posters with 1-page abstract.
8 December 2007: Notification of decisions concerning paper acceptance; a list of accepted papers/posters will be posted on the web-page of the symposium.
7 January 2008: Second Call for Papers; abstracts to be submitted by 15 February.
22 February 2008: Notification of acceptance of abstracts from 2 nd call for papers; papers will be accepted after this time only on a space available basis.
31 March 2008: Papers (8 pages maximum TimesRoman-12) or copy of the posters to be sent to organisers for inclusion in the conference folders.
1 April 2008: deadline for registration at special rate; deadline for registration to post-conference tour.
31 May 2008: deadline for registration.
