The Collaborative Teaching and Learning Centre (CTLC) teaching rooms are available for both the classes and independent student use.
Operation of the Collaborative Teaching and Learning Centre
- Rooms are available for timetabling Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm,(alternative times can be negotiated through Academic Facilities);
- EXCEPT where there is a timetabled class or other approved booking, student/s use is from:
- for rooms at St Lucia Campus, Monday to Friday 7am-8am and 6pm-10pm,
- for rooms at Gatton Campus, Monday to Friday from 7am-8am
- Teaching staff who wish to use the CTLC spaces must have undertaken training sessions; and
- Bookings are a minimum of 2hour blocks.
To upload software onto computers, 5-working days notice must be given to allow for installation and testing. Installed software must have the appropriate University of Queensland user license. Please direct all queries to concerning the uploading onto computers to Peter Lockington, ph 3365 4358 (x54358).
