Event Description
- Full Description:
- In 2012 a group of researchers at UQ and UWA were successful in obtaining funds under the ‘UWA-UQ Bilateral Research Collaboration Award’ to build collaborative research interests relating to Vulnerable Families in Australia: What we Know and What we Need to Know. The project, led by Janeen Baxter (UQ) and Steve Zubrick (UWA) is designed to identify gaps in our understanding about vulnerable families and to develop new multidisciplinary collaborations across institutions. The seminar by Francis Mitrou and Daniel Christensen is funded by this award and is open to anyone interested in human capability across the life course and who might wish to learn more about the research undertaken at the Telethon Institute for Child Health Research at UWA.
Hosted by UQ's Institute for Social Science Research and the School of Social Science.
