Full Description:: WEAR RED - FIGHT AIDS

In 2011 the TIME RED Aware Campaign was launched. It was part of a nationwide initiative to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS. The response to the event was incredible; with tickets selling out quickly and local media outlets picking up the story.

TIME invites you to 'Be Brave, Be Smart and Be Safe' in the fight against HIV/AIDS. Wear your finest shade of red at Fringe Bar on Thursday August 2nd to help raise money for the QLD Institute of Medical Research's HIV virology lab and UNICEF's Unite for Children, Unite against AIDS campaign.

Presale tickets - $12 TIME members, $14 non-members
At the door - $16 general entry

Presale tickets will be available at the TIME stall at O-Week on July 25th, the TIME Red Aware Day on August 1st and online (timeuq.org) from July 10th. Drinks cards will also be available presale.

We have high ambitions for the event in 2012, with it being one of the stand-out events on the university calendar, both socially and in the context of raising funds and awareness for HIV/AIDS.
