Full Description:: ACPACS at The University of Queensland is presenting an innovative course in Mediation in intensive five-day workshop format to professional development participants.

This interactive workshop will give you the essential negotiation, mediation and communication skills to effectively resolve disputes; skills to assist you create innovative solutions and develop alternative approaches to deal with the varying circumstances of conflict situations.

The workshop is presented by Professor Nadja Alexander, Co-Director, Conflict Resolution and Practice, ACPACS.
