- Join us for one our a series of special webinars to mark Mental Health Week 2020.
This combined stress/resilience webinar, From Surviving to Thriving, will take a preventative approach to dealing with stress, explore what it means to be resilient, and provide effective tools to build this personal resilience long term. Participants will be challenged to make an action plan for the future, to not only build their resilience at work but also maintain good mental health and wellbeing generally.
Note: Please remember to bring a pen and paper to this session
