Participants will learn to recognise the tell-tale signs of a rampant inner critic, and how to recover intuition as a powerful guiding force. We will explore habitual thinking patterns that keep us trapped in unhelpful behaviour, and start illuminating a path of reconciliation with our deepest selves.
