We will discuss real burnout, and differentiate it from other conditions that limit thriving.
All attendees will understand the difference between balance and harmony and that balance is a myth, but harmony is a must!

Session 3, Thursday 19 March 2020:Let’s get real about mapping a great conversation: the four practices that will improve any situation.
Session 4: Thursday 26 March: Let’s get real about emotional tangles: hot and cold strategies to regulate strong emotion.
