- UQ Wellness Beginners Course in Hatha Yoga + Meditation
Our vision is to create a healthy and vibrant UQ community.To encourage our staff members to experience health and wellbeing we are offering a free- of -cost---Absolute Beginners Course in Hatha Yoga and Meditation at St Lucia campus.
Come de-stress ,stretch and relax with wonderful blend of breathing techniques, gentle postures and fabulous guided meditation that will help you experience lasting calm and peace from within. You will leave the sessions feeling totally rested, relaxed and refreshed.
Each session will run weekly for one hour, over a 6-week period.

Finish: 17 March 2020
Time: 4.30–5.30 pm
