The HCM Project enables the implementation of a Human Capital Management platform, with a core focus on streamlining and simplifying business processes, enabling consistency, and data integrity across the employee life cycle. The project will deliver an enterprise wide Human Capital Management, Workforce Management and Payroll system to enable UQ to have:
• A single view of information on all employees;
• Simple, automated business processes across the employee life cycle;
• Easily accessible, current and holistic employee information enabling active decision making; and
• UQ employees who have improved control and visibility of their own people and payroll information.
