Featuring keynote presentations from leading UQ academics Prof Gita Mishra (School of Public Health) and Prof Elizabeth Eakin (Faculty of Medicine), this year’s program addresses industry wide challenges around The Path to Preventative Health: Building Evidence for Policy and Practice.

The 2017 TRIP symposium provides a scientific forum for researchers, clinicians, students and health professionals to learn and discuss valuable insights from leading Australian medical researchers on
• The socioeconomic impact of preventive health
• Preventive health interventions for at risk populations
• Strategies for preventing and/or reducing the burden of established diseases and
related co-morbidities
• Community-based and health behaviour change interventions in preventive health
