Event Description

Full Description:
Creating an entrepreneurial mindset in your students - why it matters and how to make it happen

Research on the future of work, and the skills and capabilities that future graduates will need recognises the importance of developing an entrepreneurial mindset. Graduates need to develop skills in creativity and innovation; decision-making; problem-solving; leadership, and the ability to deal with uncertainty in different forms.

Academic staff and those responsible for course and curriculum development are invited to explore, understand and develop strategies related to these key questions:
• What is an entrepreneurial mindset?
• Why does it matter to students who are not studying entrepreneurship, innovation or business?
• How do you foster its development in students?
