Full Description:: The University of Queensland is one of Australia’s leading universities and among the world’s top 50. A group of the University’s best and brightest researchers will be honoured at the UQ Research Awards, a highlight of Research Week.

The 2016 UQ Research Awards is a collective event presenting three prestigious awards:

Firstly we will showcase our research elite who have partnered with industry to share research outcomes with the world - "Partners In Research Excellence Awards."

We will then introduce you to our most promising early and mid-career researchers, those who have already made an impact in their fields and are likely to continue their success - "UQ Foundation Research Excellence Awards."

To finish we will celebrate the Research Higher Degree supervisors who have made significant contributions to the future of their research field by guiding and mentoring the next generation of researchers - "Awards For Excellence In Research Higher Degree Supervision."

The 2016 UQ Research Awards, celebrate the successes, and potential successes, of our industry partners and UQ researchers.
