- Dr George Siemens (Associate Director of the Technology Enhanced Knowledge Research Institute, Athabasca University, Canada) will be this year’s Teaching and Learning Week keynote speaker. Dr Siemens is best known as a pioneer and critic of MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) and is the author of Knowing Knowledge, which explores the changing context and characteristics of knowledge.
