Full Description:: Postdoctoral research fellow, Dr Li-Ann Leow will present a seminar on 'Savings results from a memory of errors, not from a memory of actions'. Research in this area has important clinical implications for all forms of movement rehabilitation requiring motor learning. By understanding the mechanisms underlying savings, the research hopes to inform rational design of movement rehabilitation protocols to optimize the long-term retention of movement rehabilitation benefits. The seminar will be held on Friday 24 July in room 219, Building 26.
