- Singaporean soprano Cherylene Liew (graduate of UQ School of Music) accompanied by Howard Munro (organ) present a free recital at the UQ Art Museum on Friday 24 October at 1.00pm. The recital includes selections from various Handel oratorios including Hercules, Jeptha and Samson as well as arias from Purcell 'semi-operas' King Arthur, The Fairy Queen and Oedipus.
The UQ Art Museum has a wonderful pipe organ and the is a great place to visit.
Admission is free.
