Full Description:: A professional career is a constant balance between technical skills and leadership behaviour. This balance shifts over the course of a career and through different settings. The art of leadership is to know how to adjust your behaviour to different circumstances. This session will explore leadership lessons and how to integrate them into the early stages of your career. You will learn the four pillars of leadership, the different stages of the leadership journey, why transforming your mindset is the key to great leadership and how to be a leader without the formal title.

This session is available to undergraduate students who are participating in the UQ Advantage Award.
