Full Description:: The UQ Advantage Symposium Series, which is open to full degree UQ undergraduate students from all disciplines, includes presentations from dynamic speakers where students can discuss key issues while enhancing skills that are important for your professional career.

Session description: Consider anything you post on a social network, to be permanent and public. The importance of understanding the role of privacy is critical, and knowing how to manage your settings is increasingly necessary. We all know the benefits of social media, but this session will discuss the next big key to using social media responsibly by learning how to protect your online reputation. Consider how to make social media work for you, and hear some real stories and tips of how to protect yourself as well as your future employers.
