Equity and Diversity Section

The University of Queensland values diversity and inclusivity, seeking to reflect the broader community by attracting and retaining high quality staff from a range of backgrounds. The Equity and Diversity section, Human Resources Division, takes a proactive and preventative stance in regards to equity matters to ensure that all staff members have equal access to resources, have equal opportunity and are able to enjoy a pleasant, accepting, inclusive and diverse working environment.
