Students can undertake the UQ Bachelor of Engineering in 16 different areas of study. Current students should click on their specialisation to obtain key information including summary timetables, study plans and links to course profiles & assessment coversheets for the current year or semester.

Please consult the page on First Year Program Planning if this is your first year of study.

Students are required to specialise in an area of study/plan prior to commencing their second year. Once you have decided, please enter your selected "plan" in your student account on mySI-net. If you change your mind, you can change your engineering plan on mySI-net, but you can only do so once. If you need to change plans subsequently, you must submit your request in writing to the Faculty (EPSA) office. Faculty staff will verifiy and update your request on mySI-net.

All Bachelor of Engineering students are encouraged to read the Bachelor of Engineering Program Guide 2008 (pdf) and refer to the full list of BE courses (takes a while to download). Other helpful documents are available in the handbooks section (right hand menu).
