  • By A and B Hart means those sections of the play which he has decided belong to either Shakespeare:
    Act 1; Act 3, Scene 1; and Act 5 (except Scene 2),
    or Fletcher: the remainder.

  • For tables 2, 3, and 4, Hart supplies no figures for The Two Noble Kinsmen as an entire play, therefore I have extrapolated the data from those figures given for the two "seperate" sections of the play.
