How to Apply

The School of Education requires enquiries for Research Higher Degrees to be submitted via email to rhdeducation@uq.edu.au.  The email must include three attachments only - a fully completed Expression of Interest (EOI) form, an academic CV, and a research proposal (2-3 pages).  Please note that enquiries will only be considered once an email with all three documents attached has been received.

Once your enquiry is received, your prior experience is assessed and your research proposal considered to ensure you meet the University's minimum entry requirements.  If appropriate, your enquiry will be forwarded to potential academic supervisor(s), which may lead to a formal Invitation to Apply.  Full applications will not be accepted without a formal Invitation to Apply.

Please note - the UQ Graduate School has general information regarding enquiries on its website.  Each UQ School/Department may also develop a specific enquiry process, therefore instructions or dates may differ between the School of Education's website and the UQ Graduate School's website. In this situation, you must follow instructions given by the School of Education.
