The School of Education has been rated as the most productive education research group in Australia (Melbourne Institute, The Australian, 29 Nov 2006). The school is distinguished by a group of over thirty academics who produce a wide collection of books and other publications in a range of education and related research topics each year.
For example, in 2007, our academic staff was responsible for the authorship of 7 books, 20 chapters, 50 refereed journal articles and 18 refereed conference papers related to education. The School of Education also provides the editorial home of The International Journal of Disability, Development and Education.
