Drop-in sessions are available on the St Lucia Campus on a first-come, first-seen basis at the dates and times listed in the table below.  All other times are by appointment only.  If you require an appointment, send an email to teacherprep@uq.edu.au.  Include the following information:

• First and last name
• Student Number
• a number of suitable times
• a brief outline of the purpose of your visit
• and a contact phone number. 

You will be contacted by return email of the date and time. 

Appointments with the Practicum Placements Coordinator will be available on set dates.  All students wishing to speak with the Practicum Placements Coordinator about matters relating to their practicum are required to send an email to: prac@uq.edu.au at least 24 hours prior to the date.  The following information must be included in the email:

• Prac Appointment - in the subject line of the email
• First and last name
• Student Number
• The date that you wish to meet with the PPC with a time frame in which you will be available
• a brief outline of the purpose of your visit
• and a contact phone number. 

You will be contacted by return email of the date and time.
