The Elizabeth Nosworthy Power Industry Bursary

1. Purpose of the award

Two bursaries will be awarded each year to encourage students to pursue careers in the power industry.
 

2. Eligibility for the award

i. Australian students finishing their second year of the Bachelor of Economics (single or dual program). Awarded by The General Manager, Trading, Stanwell Corporation.

ii. Grade Point Average of 6 or above in all economics courses undertaken.

iii. Recipients must maintain full time enrolment in the Bachelor of Economics (single or dual program).

iiii. The  recipients must be prepared to attend a presentation of the award and to appear in promotional material for the power industry.
 

3. Applications

i. Applications for the scholarship must be submitted to the Head of School of Economics by the end of November of the second year of their degree program.

ii. Applicants will be required to write a short statement on why they are interested in a career in the power industry.
