Mr Parvinder Kler
BEcon (Hons) (Qld)
Parvinder Kler is a labour market Micro-economist who is currently
investigating sub-optimal labour market resource allocations due
to the lack of a smooth transition from the training (i.e. education)
arena into the work arena. In particular, he is studying the transition
as it affects mismatched graduates (the over and undereducated)
within the purview of the Economics of Education literature. He
is also interested in the Economics of Language literature, in particular
the impacts of language policies on labour market allocations within
nations.
