School of Economics Junior Hiring

The School of Economics at the University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia, invites expressions of interest for the position of Lecturer (Assistant Professor equivalent) in any area of economics.

We are seeking to fill a number of positions. All fields in economics will be considered, but we will especially welcome expressions of interest from candidates specializing in Econometrics and Applied Economics.

We are looking for highly qualified candidates who are committed to a career in teaching and research. Preliminary interviews will be held at the ASSA/AEA meetings in San Diego, CA, from 4th to 6th January 2013.
