Profile

Employed as a lecturer at the University of Western Sydney 1993-1999. Took up appointment at UQ in 1999 and been a Senior Lecturer since 2005. I have conducted research as part of a team that completed a World Bank funded project investigating remittance impacts in Fiji and Tonga.

I am currently working on projects related to the determinants of individual worker effort with S. Bradley and C. Green of lancaster University (UK).
