Has a strong background in environmental economics, quantitative economics, including econometrics, economic modelling, and policy analysis. Has carried out research and consultancy work on environment and economic development issues in Australia, Ghana, Papua New Guinea, Brunei Darussalam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Fiji, Vietnam, and China. Previous clients include The World Bank (Environment Division), AusAID, FAO, Queensland Treasury, Queensland EPA, the UN Economic Commission for Asia and the Pacific, and KPMG Ltd.
Consultancy services rendered include CGE modelling, economic evaluation of proposed projects, environmental impact assessment, socioeconomic impact assessment, preparation of training materials and conducting workshops on the integration of environmental considerations into economic decision-making processes. |
