The UQ Centre is located on The University of Queensland’s attractive and expansive St Lucia Campus. The UQ Centre is the premier venue for graduations ceremonies, exhibitions, conferences, lectures, and cultural and sporting events and is located adjacent to the academic core and existing sports facilities of UQ, taking advantage of the views over the ovals, adjacent parkland and the Brisbane River beyond.

 

Registration will occur in the Lobby of the UQ Centre.

The most convenient and enjoyable form of travelling between the Brisbane CBD and The University of Queensland is by CityCat (River Ferry). Enjoy a scenic journey along the Brisbane River, and arrive at The University of Queensland CityCat terminal, located just a short stroll from the UQ Centre.

City (George St Station) to Uni of Queensland ‘UQ Lakes’ Station (via Eleanor Schonell Bridge)

Travel by bus from the city centre over Australia's first pedestrian, cycle and bus bridge, The ‘Eleanor Schonell Bridge’, to The University of Queensland’s ‘UQ Lakes’ station, conveniently located adjacent to the UQ Centre and the picturesque University lakes.



N.B. The University of Queensland services buses to 2 locations on campus – the UQ Lakes Station and Chancellors Place. The UQ Lakes Station is closest to the conference venue, the UQ Centre.
