DPIN (Ver 3) used to compute TFP indices and decompose them into a measure of technical change and measures of technical, scale and mix efficiency change.  The software can be used when no price data is available.  It accommodates different assumptions concerning returns to scale (constant or variable) and technical regress (prohibited or allowed).
