As such, submission of a completed application form and application fee does NOT guarantee a place in Duchesne College.

Duchesne College will consider all applications carefully and promptly, and will inform you of a decision regarding your application within 24 hours (Monday - Friday AEST) of receipt of your completed application. A complete application consists of the following:

The completed application form; non-refundable application fee; 2 passport style photographs; a copy of UQ confirmation of offer letter; completed Duchesne College Interview Form; 2 references on our Referee Form;

Download the Applicant's Referee Form (two copies). Forward one copy to each of your referees. Please note that at least one referee must be the Principal or Vice Principal at your school. The remaining referee should be someone who has known you for at least two years, a teacher or family friend, for example, but not a family member. These forms should be completed by your referees and returned by them to Duchesne College. (To speed up the process you may wish to direct your referees to our website in order to download and complete the reference forms.) Please note that it is important to only apply to one college at a time.
